About Cased Dimensions
Cased Dimensions was founded in 2009 as an ISV. Our focus initially was aiding clients, through Management Packs for System Center Service Manager (SCSM). Management Packs allowed clients achieve a more mature business process engine with Service Manager. In 2 years of trading, Cased Dimensions grew to operate in 20+ countries.
Traditional Microsoft Partners did not understand how to aid clients integrate People, Process and Technology within frameworks such as ITIL. As a result, Partners requested Cased Dimensions to aid them design and deploy client solutions. Through demand, Cased Dimensions grew out a structured Professional Services Team.
Once delivered, Clients also requested Cased Dimensions to support the environments implemented or develop additional ‘add ons’ for their business platforms. Cased Dimensions Senior Management Team came from a Service background and embraced support contracts. Initially support was for System Center technologies. Today, Cased Dimensions supports Private Data Center environments - Storage, Network (LAN, WAN & VPN’s), Infrastructure, VM’s, AD, System Center, Citrix, SharePoint, MS SQL, Clustering and DR. This is a typical Tier 1 – Tier 3 support model.
In a similar manner, when Azure arrived, clients also asked for help as it was new but of high interest. Cased Dimensions invested in Azure in a similar way – we are developing Software Products to work within Azure and worked with Microsoft to develop a structured migration strategy for clients moving to a Hybrid model – On-Premise & Azure. Initial clients requested a support structure to aid them in the Hybrid environment. Today, Cased Dimensions offers a Service Desk support structure for clients in Azure.
