The tools available within Microsoft System Center are many and their capabilities broad. It is paramount that a client's objectives, existing business structure and existing IT environment is understood, prior to implementing and customizing System Center. Our delivery framework for system center professional services aligns to the ITIL Lifecycle Methodology. We understand the capabilities and limitations of System Center and will deliver maximum value in a timely manner. Cased Dimensions engagements are delivered in three distinct phases: Consult, Engineer and Support.
Consult
Understanding your needs is perhaps the most important step in the entire process of implementating and customizing system center. During "definition" our System Center consultants will work with you to determine why a solution is required, what it must achieve, what exists (IT assets, IT Staff and their structure), Business Structure and what the end solution is to deliver. This can involve reviewing existing operational systems, running demonstrations, running proof of concepts or advising a phased approach to ensure best value for money.
During the Consultation Phase, Cased Dimensions will document existing Operational Processes and map them to existing Operational Software. Cased Dimensions will also highlight best practice and quantify the commercial business benefit of implementing System Center tools.
Engineer
Processes captured during the Consult Phase shall be redesigned and aligned to best practice processes which System Center underpins. Such Best Practice is already configured within System Center tools. Our system center consultants will work with you to ensure the engineered service aligns to and supports your business structure from a service delivery and service support perspective. Service reporting will be engineered to ensure a business view of service plus reporting against the different teams within IT Operations is achieved.
Application integration from Microsoft System Center to your existing IT Investments will occur where possible to allow automation. The focus and goal is to deliver Business Service Management where IT Service Management ensures repeatable, consistent processes which are highly automated.
Deliver
Cased Dimensions professional services deliver the required configuration as per agreed scope. This may involve installation and configuration services, customization services or a mixture of both.
Deployment
Upon successful signoff of the engineered platform, our system center consultants will work with your team to deploy proactive business aligned IT Service Management. The team will assist with the handover and ensure the system center customized solution is performing as designed.
Ongoing Support
At Cased Dimensions, we endeavor to maintain dialogue with you after delivery to ensure you get the most out of your investment. Cased Dimensions can also provide user training, technical training and further support to all its system center clients.
