Service Desk Engineer
Darren works as part of a close team of Service Desk Engineers in our Belfast Service Centre. The Service Desk Team provide rapid response to incidents and requests via our online portal and telephone communications. Skilled in all technologies employed such as MS Entra, Azure and M365 to resolve over 85% of events on first contact.
Darren is currently completing a number of Microsoft Azure Certifications, and aims to progress to the technical engineer team.
Personally Darren enjoys Reading, walking & running to keep fit and football with the added social benefits it brings.
