Enterprise Email R3 launched – what’s new?
We are delighted to share the latest release of our popular Enterprise Email product for SCSM. We value our customer feedback and the updates with this new release are based on the best suggestions to make Enterprise Email more business aligned and optimized than ever

1. Settings:
a. Administrator can set the Affected User of the Work Item as the Recipient of the email by default
b. Administrator can set a default Email template and Language for each WI type
