Paul has over 25 years’ experience in working with IT service desk delivery teams. He is a technical operator who leads the team of Tier 1 & Tier 2 engineers with a passion for IT and service excellence.
Paul has a particular interest in data and analytics. Using information from all sources available to interrogate trends, learn from them to implement service improvement initiatives that provide benefits to our customers and end users.
Paul enjoys watching football, but playing golf and can be found on many of the courses around Belfast and of course the 19th hole. Paul likes cooking and pairing his creations with a good glass of red.
